A friendly lion.

This print is created by etching the design into thick board.   Once the design is complete the plate is sealed. Ink is then pushed into the etched grooves, the surface of the plate wiped clean, so it is ready to lift a print off onto damp paper and voila! It is printed.

As usual, each print lifted is independently inked and wiped each finished version will have natural differences as it is a hands on process.  Printed using Cranfield etching inks. All signed
