Ducks are opportunistic birds!  Optimistically hoping humans will have food on them and dart forward at speed!

Batik hand dyed fabrics are layered with hand stitches to create a waterside setting while the ducks are hand appliquéd using slub silks and beaded eye details  

Key Processes: Silk and calico fabric, fibre reactive dyes, hand stitches, appliqué,, beading.
